A hot stone massage is perfect for those who need to unwind and relax. I use smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body to promote relaxation.

 60 Minutes - $80, 75 Minutes - $95,               90 Minutes - $110

A prenatal massage is designed to relieve the physical discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, leg cramps, and swollen ankles. I use gentle techniques that are safe for both mom and baby.

Hand, foot, and head massages offer numerous benefits, including improved mood, pain relief, enhanced sleep quality, and reduced stress.  Improvements in mood, anxiety, depression, memory, and concentration are all possible. They also promote relaxation, improve circulation, and can even aid in the healing process.
